If you are in the Condo lottery for a 5-6 unit building, there has been an ownership change of a “qualifying owner” and you have lost your status for multiple year lottery tickets, then we would like to hear from you. There is a potential lawsuit against the City for its interpretation of the rules for Owner Occupancy to qualify for the Condo lottery. We are working with a potential plaintiff and Plan C on this issue.
SPOSFI will not be funding the lawsuit, but we are helping to bring together those individuals who are affected by this rule.
