Links from CalRHA to assist in the understanding of Initiative 22-008
Below are links to understand Initiative 22-008 that will be on the November 2024 ballot along with a message from Therese Twomey, a partner with CalRHA. It is titled "Justice for Renters Act" and expands local government authority to enact rent control on rental properties, single family homes and condominiums.

CalRHA put together a video clip and post to drive traffic to CalRHA's website page where audiences can learn more about the 2024 ballot initiative that, among other things, seeks to eliminate property owners' rights to increase rents to market rates upon tenant vacancy.
