Dear Fellow Small Property Owners,

The Department of Elections will soon send out the vote-by-mail ballots; our board of directors has chosen to offer endorsements only on matters that affect housing, and the supervisor's race in District 3.

The endorsements of SPOSF, a 501 (C)(4), non-profit organization, are as follows:

District 3 Supervisor - Julie Christensen

Proposition A - Affordable Housing Bond - (2/3 vote or 66 2/3% Approval Required)   NO

Proposition D - Mission Rock Development   YES

Proposition F - Short-term rentals (the Airbnb proposition)    NO

Proposition I - Moratorium on Market Rate Development in the Mission District - NO, NO, NO
