We hope to see you Tuesday, October 8, for the SPOSFI Legal Panel and Member Meeting. The Legal Panel begins at 6:15 pm and the SPOSFI Meeting begins at 7:00 pm.

Kristy Wang, Community Planning Director for SPUR (SF Bay Area Planning and Urban Research Association), a non-profit research, education, and advocacy organization focused on issues of planning and governance in San Francisco, San Jose and Oakland. She will give SPUR's perspective on the Bay Area's housing shortage and related issues, and will be happy to take your questions.
Get your legal questions answered by the experts! The meeting kicks off with our popular Legal Panel from 6:15 to 7 pm.
This month's Legal Panel will be conducted by attorney Paul F. Utrecht of Utrecht & Lenvin LLP.
