Here are the instructions for the Fire Safety Regulation requirements:
 
1) Print the attachments and give them to each tenant household.
2) Tape one sticker of the Building Contact Number on the inside of your gate, where the Fire Marshall can see easily to get to you in case of an emergency.  
3) Visit each unit and show residents how to test the smoke alarms and CO alarms. Must test them once a year.
4) Check the expiration dates of the fire extinguishers and make sure they are serviced timely. Write down the expiration dates in the diagrams. 
5) If you have a Fire Panel & Fire Alarm, remember to fill in the UL Listing to be included in page 1 of its file. If there is no UL Listing found on the Fire Panel, call the electrician that serviced your fire panel, or call:

6) Please call a Fire Escape Service company to inspect and maintain your fire escapes. After the servicing, you can fill in the missing information in the first two pages of the forms below the building maps.

Once you have completed the above information, please fill out the forms on the first two pages of the diagrams, and then print them for your record.
